Prana Yoga Center offers a wide variety of class times serving the needs of morning, evening and weekends students. Classes run 1 hour, 15 min. to 1 hour, 30 min. which allows the student to experience pranayama, asana, mudra as well as meditation techniques. Classes range from beginner through the advanced yoga student and most are drop-in basis with no registration required. See the schedule for those classes requiring pre-registration.

  • Drop-In Class Rate - $15
  • 10 Class Pass - $125 (a savings of $25)
    (6 Month Expiration)
  • 5 Class Pass - $70
  • Gong Meditation - $20
  • Mindful Meditation - Donation Based

This progressive 10 week introductory course is designed to help you explore the deeper dimensions of yoga and develop strength, balance, flexibility and peace of mind.  Through this course you will become familiar with conscious yogic breathing, fundamental yoga poses, meditation and some yoga philosophy and dietary concepts. You will develop a solid a foundation of practice based upon the principles of alignment and the energy body (or chakra system). Upon completion of this course you will be ready to take any level yoga class or develop a safe personal practice tailored to your current age, health and lifestyle. People of every fitness level, from the tri-athlete to the sedentary individual can participate in this course. Each student is accepted and encouraged exactly as they are and will be given individual hands on adjustments. Learn ‘the basics' in a non-intimidating, fun and relaxed atmosphere.
