Our instructors have trained extensively, earning 200- or 500-hour certifications with nationally and internationally renowned master level teachers
such as Aadhil Palkhivala, Ana Forrest, John Friend, and Rod Stryker. Our teachers are skilled at guiding beginning students safely into practice, and
they encourage more advanced students to deepen their experience of yoga. We offer a full range of class styles, including: Vinyasa, Hatha, Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Anusara, Iyengar and more.
Each instructor has felt the effects of yoga at work in their lives, and they teach from a place of deep love and respect for the power of the practice. Through annual continuing education, our dedicated instructors
study the deeper dimensions of yoga and the art of teaching. Each instructor has a rich knowledge and depth of experience to help guide you on your path. We teach yoga for its highest aim: to more brightly shine with
