We offer more than 35 drop-in classes each week. Most are 90 minutes long to give you a complete practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. No registration required, come as you are. We have mats, blocks, blankets, and straps. We have comfortable couches, hot tea, and picture-window views of Wheeler Park.
