Our Classes


Accomplished in your practice, just curious about yoga, or somewhere in between? Classes at morning, noon, or night? Weekdays or weekends? At Prana Yoga Center, the answer is “Yes.”

We offer more than 35 drop-in classes each week. Most are 90 minutes long to give you a complete practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. No registration required, come as you are. We have mats, blocks, blankets, and straps. We have comfortable couches, hot tea, and picture-window views of Wheeler Park.

We offer classes such as:
  • Inspirational classes that speak to the universal truths within our hearts
  • Meditation classes for accessing your highest potential
  • Restorative classes for those who are stressed or depleted
  • Sound healing through Gong Baths, Crystal and Tibetan Bowls
  • Community and charity events
  • Specialty classes, such as prenatal yoga, the fundamentals of yoga, chakra meditation practice, plus-size yoga, and tai chi.
