We offer more than 35 drop-in yoga classes each week (no registration required), registration-based specialty yoga classes to cater to your special interests, and workshops
to deepen your practice. Most classes are 90 minutes long to give you a complete practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation. We provide mats, blocks, blankets, straps, and an average class
size of just 8 students.
Most notably, our classes are led by compassionate instructors who have trained with master-level teachers. Our instructors are skilled at guiding beginning students safely through a practice,
and encourage advanced students to deepen their experience of yoga. We offer a full range of class styles, including: Vinyasa, Hatha, Forrest Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tantric Yoga, Anusara, Iyengar and more.
