Hatha Yoga

This is a classical style of yoga that offers a balanced practice at a steady pace. It allows you to build strength, stability, and flexibility, release tension, and quiet the mind. Props (blocks, straps) are used to deepen the experience for the student and allow for more depth and fullness of breath in postures. Breathing techniques and meditation are also practiced in this class. Some yoga experience is recommended.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply calming practice focused on rest and relaxation. Poses are fully supported with props like bolsters and blankets so the body can settle comfortably for several minutes at a time. Rather than stretching deeply or building strength, the intention is to slow down, soften, and allow the nervous system to reset.

This is a practice of doing less, not more. Once you are supported in each pose, there is very little effort required—your only job is to rest and breathe. Restorative Yoga is accessible for all levels and is ideal for anyone seeking stress relief, deep relaxation, and a chance to truly unwind.

Crystal Bowl Restorative Yoga

This transformative practice blends restorative yoga’s gentle, supportive postures with the powerful sound healing of crystal bowls, creating a vibrational soundscape that promotes deep relaxation, reduces stress, and balances the body’s energy. As you settle into calming reclined poses, the resonant tones help release physical, emotional, and energetic tension, offering a profound sense of renewal. Ideal for complementing more active practices and the pace of daily life, this class invites stillness, introspection, and inner harmony—perfect for anyone seeking balance, deeper meditation, and the healing power of sound.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is an energetic style characterized by breath synchronization movement from posture to posture.  This class will build cardio, strength & flexibility of the entire body, and overall conditioning of the musculoskeletal system. Breath synchronized movement relaxes the mind, and releases stress to create a focused mind state.  A variety of sun salutations, standing, seated poses, backbends, and inversion postures are practiced, and no two classes are ever alike. Some experience is recommended.

Power Vinyasa Flow

This 45-minute power flow is a strong, energizing class that combines breath, movement, and strength. We’ll move with intention, build heat, and incorporate light conditioning to challenge both body and mind—while staying rooted in the foundation of yoga. You’ll leave feeling empowered, balanced, and reset.

Yin Yoga & Meditation

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative practice that incorporates guided or self-led meditation while targeting the body’s connective tissues—ligaments, joints, bones, and fascia—through passive poses held for two to five minutes or longer. Supported by props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks, the practice encourages little to no muscle engagement, allowing for a gentle yet effective release of tension. It complements more vigorous forms of yoga by improving flexibility, increasing joint circulation, and balancing the body’s energy, while its extended holds and integrated meditation foster introspection, mindfulness, and a deep sense of inner calm.

Yoga Tone & Core

Strengthen, sculpt, and flow with Yoga Tone & Core, a dynamic class that blends the mindful movement of yoga with focused core work and light weights for a full-body experience. This class integrates traditional yoga postures with resistance training, core stability exercises, and intentional breathwork to build strength, endurance, and balance. You'll leave feeling energized, stronger and refreshed.
