Through Prana Yoga Center’s upcoming 7-week series with Lisa Bertke, you’ll be guided step by step into this practice, learning how to make inner calm not just a fleeting moment, but a way of life.
We are especially delighted to welcome back Lisa, the former owner of Prana who moved away this past summer. Many of you know Lisa for her years of leadership, warmth, and dedication to teaching. Though she has relocated, she continues to share her wisdom as an ERYT-500 teacher, Vishoka Meditation guide, and Ayurveda Health Counselor, making it possible for students near and far to reconnect with her virtually for this deeply transformative journey.
