What to Expect in Daniel’s Classes
Vinyasa and Hatha yoga
Strength and challenge-balanced with grounding
An approachable, student-minded teaching style
Experience supporting yoga, strength-based classes, and Mat Pilates
Daniel most often substitutes for Vinyasa and Hatha classes and has also guided strength-based yoga and Mat Pilates.
Students have described his classes as challenging while still leaving them feeling grounded, a combination Daniel feels reflects the way he approaches both practice and teaching.
He continues to see himself as a student first, learning from the many teaching voices around him and allowing that curiosity to shape the way he leads a room.
-
Daniel found Prana about four years ago after two knee surgeries disrupted his usual fitness routine.
A friend introduced him to yoga and recommended the studio. After practicing at Prana and later in Costa Rica, he says he was “hooked.”
His decision to become a certified yoga teacher was somewhat impulsive, but it also came from a desire to deepen his own practice and move outside his comfort zone.
When Paige learned Daniel was completing his certification and asked whether he would consider substitute teaching, he took another leap.
That willingness to keep learning still shapes the way Daniel teaches today. He approaches the front of the room with curiosity, challenge, and the perspective of someone who still very much considers himself a student.
