What to Expect in Dave’s Classes
Moderate-paced Hatha yoga
A welcoming, easygoing atmosphere
Space to practice according to your own needs
An emphasis on connection and community
Dave’s connection to Prana began as a student. What stood out to him were the qualities he experienced here: kindness, patience, professionalism, and camaraderie.
After completing his teacher training through Prana, teaching became a way to share some of what yoga had given him.
Dave primarily substitutes for Hatha classes. His approach is steady and inclusive, with an emphasis on creating a collective spirit in the room while still giving each student space to make the practice their own.
His intention is simple: that students leave “connected and better refreshed than when they arrived.”

Dave describes himself as laid-back and friendly.
Or, in his words, “like my golden retriever.”
We’re going to trust the comparison.
That easygoing quality carries into his teaching. Students can expect a grounded class without pressure to perform or keep up with anyone else.
Dave hopes to add Yin Yoga to his teaching in 2027 as he continues developing his own practice and teaching experience.
When You See Dave on the Schedule
