Sarah Fishbune
200-Hour Yoga Teacher · Yoga Sculpt Trained
Sarah brings an athletic, approachable style to Yoga Strength, combining purposeful movement, resistance work, and mindful focus to help students feel strong, challenged, and connected.
What to Expect in Sarah’s Classes
Strength-building yoga with weights and purposeful movement
An athletic challenge that remains approachable
A balance of physical effort and mental focus
Clear instructions with room to work at your own pace
Sarah grew up playing competitive sports, and that background still shapes the way she approaches movement. She appreciates that yoga can build strength and offer a real physical challenge while also asking you to slow down enough to notice what is happening in your body and mind.
In Yoga Strength, Sarah brings those two sides together. Expect a yoga-based class that incorporates weights and strength-building movement while keeping breath, awareness, and intentional movement at the center of the practice.
Her goal is not simply to make the class harder. It is to help students feel capable, focused, and more connected to what their bodies can do.
Who These Classes Are For
Sarah’s classes are a good fit for students who enjoy an active practice and want to build strength without losing the mindful foundation of yoga. Whether you already lift, run, or enjoy strength training, or you simply want to feel stronger in your everyday life, the class offers options to meet you where you are.
Sarah teaches Yoga Strength with an athletic, grounded approach that builds physical strength while helping students stay focused, aware, and connected throughout the practice.
Challenge your body, stay connected to your breath, and leave feeling strong from the inside out.
Why Prana
“Prana gives students a place to feel supported while continuing to grow in their practice.”
Sarah is excited to teach within a community where students can challenge themselves, explore different styles of movement, and continue building a practice that supports them both on and off the mat.

Yoga was not something Sarah set out looking for.
She grew up playing competitive sports, so movement, training, and challenging herself physically had always been part of her life. Then in 2022, a neighbor insisted she try a yoga class.
She loved it.
What kept Sarah coming back was that yoga gave her something familiar and something completely different at the same time. She could still feel strong, work hard, and challenge herself physically, but yoga also introduced a mental side of movement that she had not experienced in quite the same way before.
Over time, that balance became an important part of her practice. Sarah came to value not only what yoga asked of her physically, but also the focus, awareness, and connection it could bring into everyday life.
She completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and Yoga Sculpt training in 2026, bringing together her love of yoga and her natural connection to strength-based movement.
That combination shows up clearly in the way she teaches Yoga Strength. Sarah understands the appeal of working hard, but she also appreciates that strength is not just about intensity. It is about moving with control, paying attention, and learning how to challenge yourself without disconnecting from your body.
Outside the studio, Sarah still loves an active life. She enjoys lifting, running, and spending as much time as she can with her husband and four kids.
