Classes: Vinyasa Flow • Restorative Yoga
Kristen offers strong, thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa Flow classes that blend athletic movement with breath, philosophy, and deeper awareness.
What to Expect in Kristen’s Classes
Vinyasa Flow
Athletic, intelligently sequenced flows
Breath-led movement to guide energy
Builds strength, mobility, and endurance
Integration of yoga philosophy and intention
Kristen’s vinyasa classes build progressively with intention, using breath to guide both movement and focus. Students can expect a dynamic, challenging practice balanced with moments of awareness and control.
Restorative Yoga (starts 6/2026)
Deeply supportive, prop-based practice
Slow pacing to encourage rest and release
Space for meditation and inner awareness
Grounded, calming, and reflective
Her Restorative classes offer a quiet space to replenish, unwind, and gently reconnect. With the support of props and longer holds, students are invited to enhance self-awareness, find peace of mind, and make space to feel and process—supporting both healing and ease.
Who Are Kristen’s Classes For
Students looking for a strong, intentional practice that goes beyond movement—those who are curious about the deeper layers of yoga, including breath, philosophy, and the connection between body, mind, and soul.
Why Prana
“Prana is a place where students are welcomed, challenged, restored, and educated—often all in the same class.”
Kristen values the sense of connection and community that defines Prana. After stepping away from teaching for a period of time, she felt a clear absence of that connection. Returning has been a meaningful homecoming.

-
Kristen was initially drawn to yoga as a way to manage stress, but what kept her practicing was something more profound—the depth of yoga as a wisdom tradition.
Over time, her relationship with yoga expanded beyond the physical. It became a way to explore balance in the body, steadiness in the mind, and openness within.
Her teaching reflects that same evolution.
Kristen’s classes are strong and athletic, but always grounded in thoughtful sequencing and preparation. Each class carries an inner theme—an invitation to explore something subtle beneath the surface of the physical practice and to carry that awareness into daily life.
She is especially interested in the energetic and emotional shifts that can arise during practice. In her classes, students are invited to let the mind take a seat in the body—observing not just muscles and movement, but the more subtle layers of experience that influence overall wellbeing.
Off the mat, Kristen works as a clinical social worker, where she is trained to listen deeply and meet people where they are. That same presence carries into her teaching, creating a space where students feel supported, seen, and able to show up exactly as they are.
