Bridgett Syzdek

With a 500-hour yoga certification, and more than a decade of experience teaching yoga strength, Bridgett brings a well-rounded, intentional approach to each class.  Her teaching is grounded in health, wellness, and positive energy, focusing on building strength, stability, and mindful awareness. She strives to guide students toward feeling strong, confident, and connected in both body and mind.
