Jenny didn’t come to yoga from a traditional path.
With a strong fitness background rooted in lifting and pushing her body, yoga wasn’t even on her radar—until she experienced the breath.
In her first class, the power of breathing stopped her in her tracks. For the first time, her nervous system fully calmed, and she felt what it meant to be present in her body.
That moment changed everything.
What keeps her practicing is the depth—there’s always more to learn, more to explore, and more ways to reconnect to herself both on and off the mat.
That perspective shapes how she teaches.
Her classes are strong, intentional, and empowering—but also grounded in compassion. She’s not standing apart from her students—she’s right there with them, often moving alongside the class and sharing in the experience.
